2020 Is Up Ahead – No Student Loans

As the year ends we can take student loans off the menu for a moment and see where we are, where we came from and where we’re headed.

I started this blog in March of 2019 and since May I have saved $2234.00 for my son’s college education. And… the year is still not over.

I feel good about the money, but I could have and should have done better. How did you do this year? Have you put money aside for yourself or your children’s education? Are you committed to avoiding student loans?

I started an online business and will talk more about it as it develops in the coming months. I am really excited and hopefully I will be able to inspire you to follow in our footsteps.

I am always open to new opportunities and am also open to a new direction in life. The big difference is that I am creating a family business online and it involves my son and wife. They need to know how things work in case I’m not available and we have a lot of work and learning ahead of us.

I have many ideas, and I am pumped about getting ready for 2020. Have you thought about your goals or direction that you want your life to take in 2020?

If not, today is a good time to prepare and set a foundation. Planning does not make things perfect, however it makes things better.

Technology wise I set my son up. He is getting a new iPhone, has an Apple laptop and desktop, and has an awesome computer chair that he loves and awesome headphones. He got them both for his birthday.

If we don’t prepare ourselves for the future, than who will?

We get together with his friend Laci regularly and talk about design and Internet stuff. I am guiding them both into creating an online business that will generate a passive income for them while attending college. They need a purpose in their lives.

We are learning a new Designer program so we can create things in the coming New Year. Sometimes I get overwhelmed with everything that I have to do, and at those times I take a deep breath and clear my head. I relax and get into a relaxed state of mind and just continue on in my journey. I just go with the flow and things fall into place.

It will take some time to learn everything that we need to know, but by taking it one day at a time, we will reach our goal; “NO STUDENT LOAN.”

As I get ready for the holidays I wanted to reflect and be grateful for everything that I have, and for you being here reading this. I am also grateful for all that I have to look forward to in 2020, and I wish you much success and happiness in the coming New Year.

I saw some old friends during Thanksgiving and spent some time with the family. We talked a little politics but we are on the same sheet of music so there wasn’t much arguing.

The New Year is just around the corner, and my son is halfway through his freshman year in high school. So far it has been a good year. Some of the subjects are a little bit harder than in previous years, but the package. Things get harder and not easier so get used to it and deal with it positively. Improving skills take time and effort, and will continue on until our last breath.

For us, from January 1, 2020 it will be 38 months (3 years) before my son will start college.  We’ll make plans and will keep you up to date on my progress. I hope you are also preparing for the future and will tag along on our journey.

I mentioned in an earlier post that Americans have a problem with money. My reason for doing what I’m doing is to make sure that I don’t fall into the same trap, and neither do you.

There are a lot of other issues that I will talk about that I’m sure you will find interesting and of value. I will focus on ways to generate income online to pay for one’s education, and will always update you on what I’m doing and what I have accomplished. I have big dreams and I am excited about our family business

If there is something that I do not cover but you have questions about it, contact me, and I will respond.

In the meantime I wish you a Happy Holiday Season, and if we don’t communicate between now and the end of the year…I wish you much happiness and success in 2020, and I hope you achieve all of your financial endeavors.

Peace

Goulash
